Working with Customers

View Customer

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Search or browse
  3. Click to open profile

Edit Customer

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update fields
  4. Save changes

Merge Duplicates

Combine duplicate profiles:

  1. Open customer profile
  2. Click Merge
  3. Select duplicate profile
  4. Review merged data
  5. Confirm merge

Search by:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Tags
