Quick Start Guide

Get your Fyncall account set up and start engaging with customers in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to app.fyncall.com
  2. Click Sign Up and enter your business details
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete the onboarding wizard

Step 2: Configure Your Company

After signing in, you'll be prompted to set up your company:

  1. Company Name - Your business name displayed to customers
  2. Logo - Upload your company logo (recommended: 256x256px)
  3. Timezone - Set your business timezone for accurate timestamps
  4. Business Hours - Define when your team is available

Step 3: Connect a Channel

Choose at least one channel to start receiving messages:

Website Widget (Fastest)

  1. Go to SettingsWidget
  2. Copy the embed code
  3. Paste it before the </body> tag on your website

WhatsApp Business

  1. Go to SettingsChannelsWhatsApp
  2. Choose your provider (Meta or Twilio)
  3. Follow the connection wizard

Email

  1. Go to SettingsChannelsEmail
  2. Connect Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP
  3. See Email Setup for detailed instructions

Step 4: Create Your First AI Agent

AI agents handle customer inquiries automatically:

  1. Go to AI AgentsCreate Agent
  2. Choose a template (e.g., "Customer Support", "E-commerce Assistant")
  3. Configure the agent's personality and capabilities
  4. Add your knowledge base (product docs, FAQs, policies)
  5. Test the agent in the preview panel
  6. Activate the agent

Step 5: Test Your Setup

  1. Open your website or send a WhatsApp message to your business number
  2. Watch the conversation appear in your Inbox
  3. Verify the AI agent responds appropriately
  4. Try the human takeover feature
