Quick Start Guide
Get your Fyncall account set up and start engaging with customers in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Go to app.fyncall.com
- Click Sign Up and enter your business details
- Verify your email address
- Complete the onboarding wizard
Step 2: Configure Your Company
After signing in, you'll be prompted to set up your company:
- Company Name - Your business name displayed to customers
- Logo - Upload your company logo (recommended: 256x256px)
- Timezone - Set your business timezone for accurate timestamps
- Business Hours - Define when your team is available
Step 3: Connect a Channel
Choose at least one channel to start receiving messages:
Website Widget (Fastest)
- Go to Settings → Widget
- Copy the embed code
- Paste it before the
</body>tag on your website

WhatsApp Business
- Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp
- Choose your provider (Meta or Twilio)
- Follow the connection wizard

Email
- Go to Settings → Channels → Email
- Connect Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP
- See Email Setup for detailed instructions
Step 4: Create Your First AI Agent
AI agents handle customer inquiries automatically:
- Go to AI Agents → Create Agent
- Choose a template (e.g., "Customer Support", "E-commerce Assistant")
- Configure the agent's personality and capabilities
- Add your knowledge base (product docs, FAQs, policies)
- Test the agent in the preview panel
- Activate the agent
Step 5: Test Your Setup
- Open your website or send a WhatsApp message to your business number
- Watch the conversation appear in your Inbox
- Verify the AI agent responds appropriately
- Try the human takeover feature
