Dashboard Overview

The Fyncall dashboard is your command center for managing customer conversations, AI agents, and business operations.

The main navigation is located in the left sidebar:

Inbox

The Inbox is where you'll spend most of your time. It displays all customer conversations in real-time.

Inbox Layout

  • Conversation List (left panel) - All active conversations sorted by recent activity
  • Chat View (center) - The active conversation thread
  • Customer Panel (right) - Customer details, order history, and notes

Conversation States

StatusDescription
OpenActive conversation requiring attention
AI HandlingAI agent is managing the conversation
Human RequiredEscalated for human assistance
ResolvedConversation completed

Customer Panel

When viewing a conversation, the right panel shows:

  • Customer Profile - Name, email, phone, location
  • Tags - Customer segments and labels
  • Order History - Past and current orders
  • Previous Conversations - Historical chat threads
  • Notes - Internal team notes

Conversation Actions

  • Join - Take over from AI agent
  • Resolve - Mark conversation as completed
  • Assign - Transfer to team member
  • Add Note - Leave internal notes

Real-Time Updates

The dashboard updates in real-time via WebSocket connections:

  • New messages appear instantly
  • Conversation status changes reflect immediately
  • Team member activity is visible (typing indicators, assignments)
  • Queue statistics update continuously

Filter Options

  • Channel - WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Widget
  • Status - Open, Resolved, AI Handling
  • Assigned To - Filter by team member
  • Date Range - Time-based filtering

Use the search bar to find:

  • Customer names or emails
  • Message content
  • Order numbers
  • Phone numbers

Mobile Access

The dashboard is responsive and works on mobile devices:

  • Swipe between conversation list and chat view
  • All core features available
  • Push notifications for new messages (when enabled)
